Software - Open Source: WaveRead Synopsis: Waveread is an automated microarray quantification program based on feature detection by wavelet packet decomposition analysis. The algorithm handles rotated images (up to 45°), spot detection, meta-gridding separation, gridding, background correction, and spot irregularities.
