Synopsis:
The functional genomics data pipeline (FGDP) is a Java-based, Microarray or Genechip data
analysis system. The FGDP provides an integrated, extendable
analysis environment permitting multiple, simultaneous analyses to be
automatically performed, and provides a web server and interface for presenting
results.The source code is released under the GNU
general public license (GPL).
